Appearance: Sater wears a blue shirt and blue pants, with a black cowboy hat on his head. The word "MAYOR" is engraved on the cowboy hat, which seems to stay on his head no matter what, like Indiana Jones's hat. He has a thick black mustache, almost like Joseph Stalin's, and has pale, glassy eyes that seem to look into your inside. He also has worn, brown, leather shoes. His shadow is a black version of himself. When he turns into Sater the Dark, Sater has blood red eyes and pale skin, almost like a vampire. He wears black from his pale neck to his feet.
Powers
Light Powers
Light Beam: A beam of light; one of Sater's most used light powers.
Light Shield: Shield of light that deflects powers and stops attacks from hitting Sater (5 deflects; 10 uses as a regular shield.
Light Prison: A shield of light that surrounds the enemy, shaped as a cage. Light Spikes dipped in poison constructed from darkness protrude from the outer edges, ready to impale the victim. (Takes half the powers that a Light Shield deflects
Holy Healing: Healing that takes effect every time Sater takes a serious hit. However, Sater loses stamina every times he uses it, and will eventually pass out from exhaustion if used too much (Over 10 times if that is acceptable)
Darkness Powers
Dark Bolt: A lightning bolt of darkness; one of Sater's most used darkness powers
Dark Hurricane: A swirling vortex that circulates other attacks around it
Dark Sphere: A sphere that absorbs powers when used in offense. However, if it absorbs too many attacks, it explodes (Maximum powers absorbed: 5)
Summon Shadow: Sater's shadow joins in the battle, being able to shape any tool and any weapon out of darkness. He can also execute a technique known as Shadow Teleport, which allows the shadow to become as flat as a regular shadow and move to any point on the battle field.
Sater the Dark: (Available after 5 posts with the Shadow) Sater fuses with his Shadow to become Sater the Dark. He gains all of his Shadow's powers, and all his darkness powers increase greatly (Defense moves take double the attacks, and recharge time is cut in half.) However, he cannot use any Light powers when in this form, which makes him vulnerable to physical attacks; if one can catch him while he uses the Shadow Teleport. This also means his healing is rendered useless, and Sater becomes very weak if he reverts to his original form. His shadow also disappears for the remainder of the battle, making this form his ace in the hole.
(All powers besides Holy Healing, Light Beam, and Dark Bolt have a recharge time of 3 posts. The other three do not have a recharge time.)
History
Sater was born and raised in Prime Village. He knew about Fargoth ever since he was a child, although he rarely saw him. When Sater learned of the Heroes and Villains, Sater believed that neutrality was the best thing for Prime Village as long as it was not provoked. He ran for mayor and was successful, and now answers to Fargoth. On an excursion into the outskirts of Prime Village, Sater found a beast that frothed darkness out of its mouth. He slayed it with a slash of his Satersword, and the beast's spirit became his shadow. Darkness energy also absorbed into his sword. The shadow gave him new darkness abilities
Talents: Skillful in swordplay and gunplay, and is knowledgeable about using his light and dark powers in tandem.
Weapons
Satersword: A sword imbued with darkness energy; named after Mayor Sater.
Ice Blaster: A gun that shoots special Ice Bullets, which freeze a foe on impact.
